        The actives here are amazing. Tiffany Castle is the best activities director here. She does a amazing job in providing different activities for the residents.

        Megan Reisinger was so helpful into getting our families brother Bradley admitted for rehab..He did very well and we were pleased with his care. If we had any questions they were addressed immediately.Since Brad was there we now have my precious nephew staying there for rehab and have been pretty happy thus far. Now Bradley is getting ready to be readmitted for rehab again as he just had hip surgery. Thank you to all the wonderful staff including management...nutrition staff..nursing staff...cleaning staff..physicians and all who keeps this facility in London ,Ohio. Sincerily , Marla Stouffer

        I just wanted to say that Megan Reisinger, the staff and the facility at London Health and Rehab Center have been great! We have been dealing with trying to get my father in law in a facility for several months and Megan was the first person that I have worked with that I felt was honest and genuinely cared. Other reviews have mentioned how helpful she is with the coordination and paperwork and I second that. Thank you for all you've done and for giving us a place where we feel like our loved one will be cared for.

      We provide short-term senior rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and long-term care in a home-like environment. We also offer respite care and a secure memory-care unit. London Health and Rehab Center offers individualized care plans designed to achieve the best outcomes for our patients. All of our senior care services take a holistic healing approach which is designed to enhance emotional and physical wellness. We offer a pre-registration program that allows patients to plan for senior rehabilitation prior to surgery, easing the transition from the hospital to rehabilitation. We believe in nurturing personal interests and staying active to reduce the effects of growing older.
