      image Rob was very helpful throughout the purchase process of my IH 82 pull type combine. There was one issue where it was missing a part, and Rob quickly sent me a brand new part (hydraulic cylinder) and the 15 feet of hose to get to my tractor.
      Always appreciate a standup seller.

      image Rob, their Facebook selling wall salesman is a rude and difficult individual to deal with. I made him a reasonable offer on a piece of equipment based on internet value research, and recent purchases made by local farms around me. Instead of discussing a counter offer or politely explain why his was work $2500 more than market value, he choose to insult me, be rude and call me a low baller. I would not recommend doing business with a company that treats potential customers this way. They have lost a previous customer for good based on this rude behavior.
