This is my first time living in an apartment. I have only been living at this apartment complex for less than 6 months. But I really love my apartment. It is spacious and has a home like atmosphere. The property manager, Lynne, is great! Any issues that have occurred, she has promptly addressed my concerns and scheduled maintenance to resolve the issue within the next week. Rent and pet rent is reasonable. The complex is pretty quiet.

Horrible experience. Paid my app fee and the apt manager quit no one ever called me to follow up with apartment. When I called they said I was approved and someone will call me back. No one ever called me back. When I called back to my deposit down they act like they didnt know what I was talking and once again someone said they would call me at this point it was Jordon (I believe) one of the owners and never called me back. To make a long story short never moved in I had to find another apartment. After I called to complain they were rude and did not give me my application fee back.
