My 8 year old son broke his foot. Was there for 4 hours. They was suppose to give him something for pain never seen that. Was in the room waiting for an hour and half without one person checking on us or letting us know what was going on. I will just go somewhere else next time. Somewhere that care about an 8 year old being in pain.

Zero stars if I could. I had to go get a COVID test done and the experience was awful. Let me say Ive had one other COVID test done last year in Columbus and the experience was not bad, definitely not painful whatsoever. But the lady doing my test literally was jamming it up my nose being so rough. We were in shock and couldnt believe it! I get these things happen with tests like this but this was very careless. My nose started bleeding right away (and I thought it was just running) but she was looking right at me very rude didnt even say anything about me bleeding and didnt even offer me extra tissues or apologize. If she were to do that I wouldnt even be writing this review right now. They also dont ask for your IDs. Dont waste your time going here, its not worth it! Please train all of your staff to not only do well at their job but to be professional and caring like how its supposed to be in health care! How would she like if someone treated her like that?
