I cannot recommend enough that you take your business elsewhere. I paid for this agency to file my 2021 taxes, they did not do it. I only discovered the problem a year later when I hadn't received my refund and was unable to file my taxes for the next tax year. The agency was nothing but rude when I asked them about it, claiming "it was a technical error, not our problem, you got your money." 6 months later I was hit with penalty fees due to their not filing on time, I was able to get the penalties waived, but only because the RITA was able to see in the system that the error was not mine. The incompetence was astounding, even more so was the responses from the employees.

Excellent place to get your taxes done, and comparable cost to Turbo Tax. Very great to work with and knowledgeable. I will go here every year now.
