        Staff is rough. Tanisha was pretty rude to other staff members including a helpless trainee and generally nasty to us, the customers. I know its tough out in these streets but good customer service is a must.

        Service has significantly declined. Not all, but some staff could definitely pretend they're happy to see you.

        Very slow , rude unfriendly staff. The smallest sundae ever, smaller than a child size. Won't come back, Which is sad because I love Daisy Queen. We will go to the Lancaster DQ instead.

        Took the kids to get chicken strip baskets, there were only three people in line when we pulled in to order. It took 48 minutes for us to even get our order. If you run up to McDonalds you can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. Despicable, there is absolutely no reason it should take nearly an hour for two chicken strip baskets.
