AutoZone Auto Parts

I recently came in to buy either a washer or a bolt and washer combination. I didn't recognize the tall persons in high heels. (Brown short hair) Of course I was happy for the help. By the end of this exchange not so much. They were rude. And argued with me about my parts selection. (The replacement bolt was clearly wrong.) So I opted to just replace the washer. "I thought you didn't want that part". And then afterwards I suspect lied to.me about a part not being in store after we had already established it was "in store". I just smiled and opted to not purchase anything. There are available classes for persons needing effective and professional communication skills. I've shopped here for 20 years.. For now I will shop.elsewhere.

This isn't an audio parts store. This is hot topic employees who can be trained to use a keyboard even though they don't know a damn thing about cars!

The Logan OH store is special, you have to go to the store to see what mean ,think Dylan muvanney but larger and more than 1 in full uniform lol
