        We have a Dumpster that is to be dumped bi-weekly. About every 2 months I have to call and fight with them because they say they have dumped our Dumpster and they clearly have not. We still get charged even when they dont dump it. Usually when you call you get transferred to the next person and to the next person and so on. Waiting for call back again. The bottom of Dumpster is starting to fall off and they have not gave us a new one yet. We are stuck in a contract as of right now but I'm to the point I am going to pay them extra to come get there Dumpster and be done with their terrible service. Highly don't recommend their service. Service: Dumpster rental

        Had AE curbside for years no problems. Then Rumpke bought them out. Rude customer service to start which is a big NO for me. Not just one time either. I called three different times trying to get turn around service just to receive a different condescending answer each time. The need for turnaround was MY fault 100%. AE curbside they came back that day or next and you paid a fee. Simple and much appreciated. Rumpke has different procedures all around. Which I didn't know because the letter they mailed out said nothing would change. Apparently "how are they suppose to know where their trucks are?" Excuse me? So on the third call the lady told me if they didn't come back that Monday they're not coming back at all. I emailed the company with no response. They're billing statements are very vague too. AE curbside always broke down what they charged for and Rumpke just says "extra"... Canceled service and moved back to a local company. Response to Rumpke comment... If you actually read my review you would have seen I did email the company. At the email you provided which I found online. So good to know you actually read these!! Ha! I tried to resolve this before my review. Nobody ever emailed back or called. Ever. And yes I checked my spam folder... It should have been resolved the very first time I called customer service. It was an easy remedy handled very very poorly.
