        Terrible renting experience, I still have a letter they sent me with crazy fees and charges after moving out they do their tenants wrong!! Water is always messed up, the power surges and goes out all the time and to top it all off, after going a few days without water or power due to complex issues because of super old equipment they still use, they still demand the rent be paid in full every month when we would go days without water per month month after month!! Be carful who you rent from go check the YouTube videos about Shawnee properties before you rent from them!! Lima slum lords at its finest
