Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Canceled or rescheduled on me 6 times in 4 days, like I have nothing better to do than to sit around waiting for a plumber to never show up. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company. Initially, I called them to fix a clogged kitchen sink, but instead of resolving the issue, the plumber made it worse and it didn't drain at all. They stayed about just 10 minutes and charged me $380. They also suggested a costly repair involving digging into the slab foundation for a potential broken pipe, quoting a starting price of $7100. Seeking a second opinion, I hired another company, which efficiently fixed the drain issue in just 20 minutes with $300. I will never use this company again.

Wow, the whole thing was a disaster from the get go. Our outlet piping was packed fullbof mud and needed cleaning. 2 guys showed up, 1 being an apprentice. The person specializing in this type of problem was suppose to be there at the same time to access the situation and make recommendations on what to do. The guy never showed. The 2 guys there did what they could unsuccessfully. By now it was after 12:00. They made a call to the "specialist" and he said he had an 1 1/2 drive to get there, and would be there by 2:30. So they sat in their truck until then. Again, he never showed up, or even called. An hr later someone else showed up, and could no more determine what was going on then the apprentice. He told us to call the Health Dept., because there were EPA issues" involved. This was Thursday. I called the Healrh Dept., heard back from them Monday, and were told there were NO EPA issues involved with what we had going on. So were back to square one. I called Roto Rooter on Friday and told them how disappointed I was in the service. I was told a manager would be giving me a call. 3 days later no call. This company is worthless!!
