Michel Tires Plus

Michael tire has always been my go to for repairs, but this was the last time my vehicle will be serviced there. Had a 9am appointment on 4/1/24 by noon I hadnt heard anything so I called. Jake stated they hadnt had a chance to look at it yet but would have some info by end of day. Thats fine. At 6:30(they close at 7) I called again because I hadnt yet received a call. I spoke with a woman named Bentley who had no clue what was going on. She said they guys who had been there that morning were gone and left no information about what was going on. The morning of 4/2/24 I call again around 11 and get the manager Dave. He says they are just getting to looking at it and basically passed the blame to the techs for not calling me and letting me know they hadnt worked on my car. So for two days, I was left without a vehicle for them to tell me the issue was a rock stuck in my caliper but then wanted me to have a bunch of work done that included an oil change, that was just done 2 months ago and replacing tires that are less than a year old. Idk what happened to the service manager that was there but since hes been gone this shop has certainly gone down hill and I will not be back.

I would never do business here. They have punk UNOH kids working there driving customer cars recklessly.

Drove up from Cincinnati to look at a used car. Stop by on a random Saturday to see if they could do a pre-purchase inspection. They said no problem and found an issue that I more than likely wouldn't have noticed. Everyone was super nice and got me taken care of quickly.

Don't ever use this Tires Plus in LIMA.......I don't know if they did a bad job on my car because I'm black, a woman, or because they want to make sure something is off so that you will keep coming back but Ive had too many bad experiences and I spend a lot of money....I had my breaks done Dec of 22. They called talkin bout I also needed a new battery when I know good and well that was a lie because I had just bought a new battery not even 1.5 years prior but I let them change it anyway. My car is fairly new 2017 Denali Terrain. So I paid over 1000 dollars that time to pick up my car. I rarely use my car because I work from home. Anyways, I take my car back in September after an oil change because it was shaking when I brake and they told me it was nothin wrong that they had test drove it and everything. At this point I should've gone elsewhere but I didn't have time and the shaking was mild. Anyway it's March of 24 and I'm on a trip visiting family in Ga and all the way down my car shaked badly....so I took it to a Tires Plus location that I used when I use to live here....never had bad experiences here. They did diagnostic and determined I needed new brakes ......I politely advised them to get the corporate office on the line because I just paid for brakes not even 1.5 years ago in Lima and that I had took my car back to them in September and they told me nothing was wrong. The gentleman knew me and knew I wasn't lying and went ahead and fixed my car free of charge (I waited 4hrs) but also told me my battery was bad again which I replied it can't be so he went ahead and provided new battery since my warranty covered it. I took my car in one other time in Lima the spring of 23 because my engine light came on and they said that I needed a new gas cap because air was getting into my gas tank. So I purchased a new gas cap and engine light was still comin on. I took it back and they said I needed new fuel injectors and this was over 200.00 when I picked it up. These people commit highway robbery and I'm still calling corporate as soon as I get time!
