I called yesterday to find out the hours for the New Vision Lab in Wapakoneta. The website says 6A-6P, so I called to confirm. I asked about the hours for the "New Vision Lab in Wapak". I was told 6A-6P. So, I get up early, drive in town...and they're not open. Now, I'm going to have to miss work to drive back into town. She could have taken a quick moment to check, but she didn't. That's poor customer service...and really lazy.

Right in & out in no time. Staff was pleasant & helpful! No complaints here at this time! 1st visit was yesterday.

My husband and I will never go to this place again. August 2020, we had our blood drawed for our doctor appt coming up. Two weeks later, we had our zoom Dr appt. She asked us why we didn't have our blood drawn, said we did. She had no records. I called Vision and was told the person who handled this went on vacation. Didn't bother to send to our doctor. So someone else sent to doctor but too late.
Our insurance wouldn't pay their part, because they had questions, but no one in this department would answer their questions. I tried my best to find out what the problem was with Vision but no one would help me. I tried several times to no avail. After a year, Vision was sending us to collection agency for not paying our bill. After all I tried doing and my insurance company trying to contact them. This is the worse place I have ever been. They need to be closed down!!!
