Pretty Koi Fish, LLC

I just recieved my shipment of the Japanese Trapdoor algae snails and I wanted to say how impressed I am with the ease of online ordering, shipping, communication and final product. The snails are healthy, happy and much larger than I had expected. I appreciated the multiple emails of processing my order and especially the notification of when they were delivered to my home as it was a time sensitive package. I bought 50 fish. Sent me 5 extra. I lost 11 initially on delivery. They also sent butterfly koi, when I payed for only standard. I provided the necessary water requirements that were stated on the website. I provided plenty of space. I quarantined them by themselves. I'm a very capable fish keeper. Nearly everyone of the fish have died. Internal parasites/worms. Treated and unsuccessful. Won't buy from again.

They are wonderful! Asked for certain colors so my grandson could name them and we got lots of them to name! Will buy again!

A great on-line experience. The fish were shipped the day I ordered them and were received the next day as advertised. I'll definitely order from Pretty Koi Fish again.
