I purchased a plan that was sent to my email for $5. I got the sim card and was told the phone I purchased from them was not compatible. Told me I needed to purchase another phone. Nevermind. I will stay with my current network

10/17/22 i went in get a sim card because my new phone didn't have because forgot put with it.. boostmobile gave me credit for it. and told me have to go to a boost store be able use my credit for it. when i got there was 2 people in front me .when he got to me i told what boostmobile told me and then he freak out on me threaten me. told me boost didn't tell me that . and i told him to call them and said get out my store yelling at me and step out behind counter like want to hit me.then said 25 dollars for them and only 10 dollars not 25. i call boostmobile told whet happen at that store it all on video at that store

Have you visited your local boost mobile, and somehow got a free phone? You paid for that and didn't even know it! There running fraud at your local boost mobile. Have you went into boost and got service and they gave you a bunch of accessories and said it's a coupon ? They lied you paid for all that BOOST MOBILE is frauding there customers.
