        called they came out right away,told me the problem and cost to fix it.cameback the next day when they said and got the job done

        The service call was to be at 9am. I HAD TO CALL THEM at 9:30, as they didn't show at the appointed time, then they showed at 11, replaced my pressure tank but still didn't have water, said it was an electrical issue, never did they walk the water line to see if there was a leak, which there was that I FOUND. Never an apology or an offer of discount, had to pay full price with no water when they left at 1 that afternoon, fyi I'm a third shift person. Not a good showing.
