        I have lived at this location over 14 years. Management is great, extremely safe quiet location. Great lights all around the complex. Has an indoor heated swimming pool and 2 saunas (his & hers). The pool seems to be closed a lot for extended times. No outdoor area for children. A nice mix of people. And the rent IS reasonable.I would recommend you stop by and take a look.

        I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Richelieu. Management was by far the best Ive lived under. They were well taken care of and the neighbors were nice. Its a lovely environment and had my roommate not left, Id still be living there. Hope to move back soon!

        In the past 2years, the apartments management has cut the electric heat to the hallways. Heating bills are over $200 a month for s 2 bedroom apartment!
