Not enough staff. Closed the drop off line and you have to wait in the pickup line. 13 of us in line and only 1 staff member assisting. Please note that all positive reviews for this pharmacy are really old. Will be moving my prescriptions to a non-Kroger pharmacy.

I came to pick up my prescriptions at 6pm. I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes and they could not locate my medicine anywhere. I was told they would have to refill my prescriptions and to have a seat. I asked if I should just come back tomorrow because I have a 1 year old daughter at the babysitter waiting for me to pick her up. Here I sit still at 6:55 PM and still do not have my medicine nor have I been given an updated ETA for when it will be ready. Instead I have been treated rudely and ignored even though I have been patient and kind. My pharmacist name is Lydia.

The window is frequently closed. With it being a pandemic I find that to be unwise. Prescriptions are never ready. Sometimes I will receive notifications that medication is ready and when I get there they say it’s not and that I “will need to come back “with no apology for wasting my time or gas money. Not to mention I have 4 kids (2 under two) so packing them up and lugging then into the store is quite the hall and exposing them to potential illness. My oldest son has several doctors due to different health issues. Kroger always blames the doctors and claim it wasn’t sent when in fact I know it was because one of these doctors in particular is my own father who has both made the calls in front of me and scribed over prescriptions on the computer with me in the room numerous times and nearly every time I am told I need to call my doctor that they checked their system and there is nothing. This attitude of not being responsible puts peoples health on the line and they need to either switch to a new system or get it together.
