        The cnp I have seen there is worthless. I asked her several questions about transgender care, and tell me that she doesnt know, and that I need to look it up myself. Called because I had cellulitis, said go see the orthopedic. Asked for something to help with the pain from cellulitis, said go to the urgent care

        I would not even give them one star if this were possible. I am prone to sinus infections and know this is what I have. Called on Thursday morning to get appointment. Took three calls to Ohio Health to be told no appointment only telehealth because I might infect the office. I need someone to actually look at my ears and throat. Despite taking home tests for Covid they wont see me or prescribe antibiotics until they do a Covid test and get results. Meanwhile I am in pain with a sinus infection which is likely to go into my ears since I will have to wait for over the weekend for test results. Or go to urgent care so why bother having a doctor? Oh. And dr. Crouch was rude to my husband at his last appointment. Told him to quit talking because he was thinking. This place failed us.
