Whats the late fee for not paying rent on time? Trying to get a hold of someone in the office but no answer. Also I super love that yall want 3 months notice to end a lease, but dont allow your tenants to know to put that notice in until 1 1/2 months before. Usually when a lease is up, it just ends, and around that time people will say if they wanna stay or go. Why try to con people into having to stay by needing a 3 month notice before hand? And the rent increases are outrageous, the apartments arent even all that. Out here robbing people.

My family had a house fire so we are living in a hotel. Spend 300 on applying ( of which we only get 150 back) to be told no because of a 16yr old misdemeanor our roommate had. If we has known that was going to be an issue we wouldn't have even bothered applying and wasting money we very obviously desperately need. Kendal at the front desk showed compassion and even tried to see if her manager would override it but it seems like she ( the manager) really didn't care about the gravity of our situation. So thanks for wasting our resources.

My apartment was completely remodeled before I moved in - and though it took longer than expected I was updated on every step and even offered an apartment in a different building if the wait was too long. The lease is easy to understand, and Kendall goes over every bit of it with you upon signing. Maintenance audit notices are given over a week in advance, although it would be nice if there was a different delivery system than leaving it on my door (they fall off and get stepped on) Overall, Ive lived in worse places. Out of the rentals Ive been in, this is top of the list.

Very upsetting to have to pay a 200$ application fee and not even the decency of returning a phone call email nothing explaining what is going on. I never leave reviews but I hope I help someone not waste time and money as well. Worst experience ever
