Village Green Apartments

I live in this complex. I wouldn't suggest living here. I know Sandy and she's never bothered anyone and has lived at Village Green for 6 years. I do know as facts that she was and still is being harassed by the manager, Lori Hempfield. To harass a disabled sick cancer patient and a senior citizen is very sad. Than you got Jen Wolfe that caused many problems here and was recently EVICTED! They caused and harassed others and caused problems....Don't believe a word Wolfe says. She and her husband caused lots of problems here. They are on their way out! EVICTED! It's sad an apt manager has to recruits tenants to write a "good false" review for her.

I lived here for 3 years and loved every bit of it!! The apartments themselves are very nice, there are so many wonderful people on the property and it's right in the middle of Lexington which was great for me! The office manager, Lori Hempfield, was always so prompt and helpful! She always shows such great concern for her tenants and if there is a problem so gets it taken care of immediately! I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who's looking for a place!

Village Green Apts in lexington is a horrible place to live. The manager, Lori Hempfield is beyond irresponsible. She is very rude and mean to certain people. Was a nice place to live before Hempfield. I moved a few months after she was hired in, 3 years ago. we were constantly harassed by her. The former manager was great, we lived here several years under the former manager. Hempfield doesnt care about people, other than a select few. The 5 star remarks, 3 of them have never really lived here. They are lies. You don't want to live in this complex under this manager. She will harass you constantly if she doesn't like you. Don't believe the made up 5 star reviews. I'm a former tenant and moved on account of her treatment toward us. I know of several people that moved on account of her harassment. The snow and ice does not get cleared in the winter. A few people have fell with serious injuries. The turn over here is very often. People don't seem to stay long since she is manager. As far as rules, there's different rules for different people. Look elsewhere. Save yourself from living in hell.

Nice apartments but nosy nieghbers if you enjoy Drama living around evil people who feed off others who have no a life I would not recommend this place miserable unhappy people love miserable unhappy people PAM B.Laurie H.
