Mona is amazing!!! Give her a raise immediately!!! This was truly going to be a not so polished review of how I felt regarding the constant price hikes on storage rent. Instead Ill pivot from there and make this a call out about my appreciation for the excellency of customer service provided by Mona!!! She is just a pleasant soul and a pleasure to speak with always!
