The staff, especially Tom and Jason, were friendly and very helpful when we had them hold the chair from their stock for us. Our nearest store did not have one. When we picked it up the next day, we noticed a slight tear. They immediately replaced the chair on the spot, even though it required Jason to assemble a second chair. They were super professional, friendly and accommodating. You just dont see that anymore. Thank you.

I went to this Staples branch for a Passport photograph for my family, the overall experience was good, the staff appeared courteous.
The photographs provided were of real poor quality, ultra darker shade of browns. I could only think of following 3 reasons:
1. They have poor light or a bad camera or both
2. Their photographer is not skilled
3. It did cross my mind, perhaps their staff sees brown skinned people in a darker shade then they really are
So, for photographs, I would not recommend this place.

I will not use this location in the future for any office and/or Amazon drop off .
The customer service representative does not know how to speak professionally or know how to prioritize her jobs!

Went there looking for a chair. Staff was friendly and was there to help. Bryant was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Very helpful and informative. I will now go out of my way to go to this location specifically because of Bryant and the other employees for their kindness and helpfulness in finding what I needed.
