Clean facility, nice kitchen, terrible director and mid level management. Avoid.

Parents, better think twice before enrolling your child here. Everything seems perfect during the tour, but nothing is quite so. We had a tour and the owner personally took time to meet us and tell about the school. Everything seemed great, so we decided to enroll our daughter. After being there for only 3 days, we realized this is not a school, and not even a babysitting service. It is just a place where kids have open play. We asked if the deposit could be reimbursed to us and our daughter will just stop coming. The director never replied to my emails or calls. Asked Maura to connect me with the owner so I can have a discussion and its been over 2 weeks and I still wasnt able to talk to her. No one ever replied to my complaints. The only reply I got was from Maura telling me I will be charged for the next 30 days as this would be considered my 30-day notice. Moreover, even though they charged us for the next 30 days, they marked us INACTIVE right away. This means I wasnt able to send messages to teachers in the parents app anymore. They didnt post any activities/pictures in the app. At the end of the day they just gave us a piece of paper with her activities during the day. This is ridiculous! Before considering this school, I will tell you that teachers dont have time to do activities with children. They do laundry once a day! Teachers! They are busy with cleaning the table and doing dishes 3 times a day. This is not what teachers should do. The owner told us they only have 12 kids in toddler classroom, but we counted at least 14 during the mealtime. Also, there was a boy who hit everyone else with toys and teachers simply cannot do anything because they are busy with something else. The director definitely doesnt do her job as she never got back to me to discuss about the complaints I had and when I stopped by to talk to her she simply didnt have arguments. The owner clearly lacks professionalism as well since she didnt even try to contact us to have a discussion in regards to our negative experience. I wish I knew all these things before enrolling, but hope other parents can learn from our experience and avoid this school. All they care about is money and nothing else.

Our daughter has been going to Green Meadows now for a bit and we couldnt be happier with the experience. We started off at the Powell location and then moved to the Lewis Center location. The transition was seamless! Thank you so much to the directors and all the teachers for their dedication to making our daughters experience the best it can be!

Green Meadows is a warm and loving environment which is centered around children. The owner and director make it a priority that staff feel heard and appreciated. Leah the owner is incredibly hands on and one of the kindest people I have ever met. A school like this is a true rarity!
