Kind and respectful staff. Not a place I would go to for a group event again though. It was very hard to work with them to schedule something, and even then, didnt end up getting the services we had wanted. We were scheduled for different times, which one fine, but we waited quite a while when we arrived and one of our guest event waited 45 minutes past their scheduled time to receive one of their services. Seems like a great place to go for hair, that part of the salon was very busy.

So happy to have found Aldina! She has cut and colored my hair since December and my hair never looked better. She recently did balayage highlights. If you have a head and shoulders then you HAVE to go see Bryn. It was an absolutely spectacular experience and the best facial I have ever had. I paid 150 - this may seem steep but I have paid well over 200 for a facial and it does not compare to what Bryn did today. Thank you so much! I am scheduling my next appt now

I tried to schedule a kids haircut for my daughter as I haven't had much luck at the kiddie salons around town, so thought I'd try Penzones. An individual with scheduling / call center indicated that while stylists are trained to cut kids hair, they don't necessarily specialize in it. If that's the case, they should remove children's haircut their services menu and also have stylists remove this as a specialty from their online profiles.
