Never heard back!! The woman we met at the Showroom was friendly and helpful. She let us know that they would send someone out to get an estimate to remodel our master bathroom. She also assured us that we could make any adjustments to the estimate if there were parts of the project we wanted to do ourselves. We were provided an estimate via email but when it came down to finalizing the details as to what we wanted done vs what we wanted to do ourselves, we never heard back. Such a waste of time!

If you're even considering getting a bathroom redone, this is the place to go. Can't beat the price and everybody who works there is knowledgeable and nice. The owner, Michelle, has to be one of the nicest people I've ever met. This business very much earns and deserves your money!

The bathroom looks great. We love it. Our experience from the beginning was exceptional. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us through the design process. And the install crew were amazing. They arrived and left exactly as scheduled. The whole remodel took just over a day. I highly recommend Columbus Bath Design. In fact, we may have them do a second bathroom soon

It was a pleasure working with Columbus Bath! All the way from the planning of my full renovation to completion, the team was friendly and helpful. I received timely responses about any issues or concerns and each day the team cleaned up after they left! It made me feel they cherished my home as much as I did! I have a high energy dog and they even accepted her exuberance, which made me feel relieved! This was truly a very stress-less renovation experience and I recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom! Thanks Columbus Bath for my newly upgraded bathroom!
