        Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. The fraud prevention team locked and closed my debit card while I was on the phone with customer service trying to resolve an issue with an atm withdrawal. When I visited this branch the next day nothing was done to open or reissue a new debit card.

        This is the only Chase branch/ATM that I have ever used that does not print receipts. We have used it multiple times months apart and it never prints them. How am I supposed to trust that my cash is deposited correctly if I do not have a paper trail? Please start maintaining the machines more often so receipts print.
