Path Behavioral Healthcare

I was supposed to have a face-to-face appointment today with my Case Manager but I guess that they never scheduled it in their calendar. My caregiver and I waited around for an appointment that didnt even happen. But other than that everything from path has been great. What sucks is that This appointment that I thought that was gonna happen that didnt, and it kind of felt like I was forgot about. No, if I was the one that forgot, then that would be a no call no-show for me and I would Fee for not showing up or calling.

We sent an email asking for help, never got a response. We tried calling a week ago and leaving a message with our phone number and once agin we have not heard from them. At least let us know you won't help!

I was honestly surprised to see the reviews left here. Weve tried other full-service, case-mgmt/med mgmt/counseling services in the past and they just werent a good fit for our family. Path has been incredible. My child is engaging and participating in her mental health in new ways and Im engaged as a parent and assisted with supportive resources. Everyone on our team is professional, competent and caring.
