Wagner Insurance company has gone over and beyond to assist us with all of our insurance needs and expectations. The company was there to help us as we were relocating from another state to the Lebanon area in the summer of 2022. The company assisted us by setting up the needed coverage of insurance for our home and automobiles. They also offered us a variety of ways that we could keep our premiums low. Tracy was there for us when our car was totaled in December of 2023. We made the initial phone call to her and she supported us every step through the process of getting another car, covering our rental, making sure we were reimburse for any expenses. Then two months later Tracy was again there for us with our house fire. She guided through the steps to take to get contractors to evaluate the damage to our home. She was assertive with the insurance adjustor to make sure that we were promptly reimburse for the damages to the home. She returned phone calls promptly and follows up with any questions or concerns.
