I did a Google search for flowers in Lebanon, Ohio. I wanted to use a local florist to have flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary. I saw Flowers from the Rafters and selected it. I placed my order through Bloom Nation and it was simple. Very easy to input delivery instructions and write a personal message to my wife. Flowers were delivered in the time window I requested and my wife said the lady was so sweet! Overall very pleased with the service and product.

I have ordered many, many times. I live about 10 hours away, so am not able to be there in person for many events. This florist literally knocks it out of the park. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Fantastic communication, easy peasy to order, they even understand bright, floral, romantic or something wintery, but not too Christmas-y as well as soft, Victorian vibe. My friends absolutely RAVE about how long the arrangements last as well. I assure you, ordering from somewhere else is simply wasting your time.

I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered to a friend who lives in the area. The ordering process was smooth. The flowers looked amazing, and communication regarding delivery was good.
