Called in looking for help with a warranty issue. I sent photos in of my pump and almost immediately I had a return phone call from Joy and the warranty service started. Within 3 days I was able to pick up the new pump. I will definitely be reaching out again for supplies.

Excellent plumbing and HVAC parts house. The counter staff is helpful and friendly. They have delivered after hours and even opened on a weekend. One of my regular shops to purchase from.

These guys have always been super helpful and knowledgeable. Always enjoyed my visits to this particular supply company and have never been disappointed with the service or equipment.

I wouldnt even give one star but its not an option. I dont recommend this place for employment. My son was just fired and the reason boils down to Cora not wanting to pay her employees overtime if they work it. She wanted him to do a delivery on Tuesday which would have put him in overtime for the week. He had plans after his shift ended at 4pm. He told her he couldnt for that reason. She then started treating him disrespectfully and said I pay people for 40 hrs if they dont work it to make up for overtime. Well that is not a state requirement and on her. My son very rarely doesnt work his 40 hours and uses his pto just like he did yesterday. Tuesday and Wednesday she would not let it go and then started saying people need to be a team player. My son is a team player. He has gone in early when they needed him and always gave 100% minutes to his job. He returned this morning and she fired him. Well miss Cora or Kora I hope you know that in the state of ohio it is a State and federal law to pay overtime. You have messed with his time in the past when he was in overtime. He has nothing in his work file as well. He is a damn good man and you are not a good person
