Plan on also visiting the Sherman House Museum located just a few blocks away. You can buy combo tickets for entry the same day and save a few dollars.

Tour was fairly basic. Covered some of the history of the owners and the local area, but mostly just consists of describing the various pieces of furniture. Still, not bad for the price.
