Online bill pay and Mobile has been the worst experience. Long hold times only to be transferred multiple times with no resolution to a simple problem. Reaching the local branch is impossible too. Been a client for many years but it's time to go elsewhere

Customer service and follow through is extremely lacking at this branch! They don’t answer their phones and there’s not a voicemail either.
Tried to close my deceased Grandmothers account after receiving a judgment from the courts and the banker there didn’t scan the documents into the system, nor did he follow through to get the account closed. I had to go to another branch where they had to start the entire process over again.
For grieving individuals this is extremely frustrating to say the least! Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and make sure you have a beneficiary on all your accounts…and choose another bank!

I'm not a customer of this bank so know nothing about customer service; however, I've been trying to reach them by phone for a general question. i've called 3-4 times a day at various times for over a week and get the same message. I would NEVER consider having an account at such a bank where you can NEVER reach anyone by phone!
