Friendly Bremen Banking Center

I love this bank, Ive never had any issues with anybody in this bank, theyve always treated me nice, and theyve always help me, as far as Im concerned it is the best bank in Lancaster, Ive also had a great experience with the loan officer there Jennifer Lyon, she was very helpful, and exceptionally nice, she returned all my phone calls, and was fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable, ive dealt with her on several occasions, never had a problem, Ive been dealing with this bank for 30 years, and I will continue to deal with this bank!! All the staff in this bank is great!! Thank you to all The good hard working people there!!

Was not greeted through the drive thru. I sent my deposit through the tube and no one acknowledged me. They sent my slip back and I tried to tell her I needed a balance and she was gone. Not good customer service.

Switched all my banking over to Vinton County National Bank from Merchant's National Bank.  I dealt with 2 people, Chad Meadows for my home refinance, and Melissa Forte for my checking and savings accounts.  Chad was able to get more done in 4-5 weeks than what my previous lender had done in 4.5 months.  Melissa was very nice and professional while setting up my accounts for me.Would have given 5 stars had it not been for some issues with their online portal.  It would not allow me to open my accounts online because their system said that I had failed their identification verification system and couldn't prove I was who I said I was.
