Was worried sick about moving into a new rental unit and needed an expert to let us know if there were any signs of bedbugs. They were impeccably kind, responsive, and inspected the unit for free within an hour of reaching out. Incredible customer service!!

We found bed bugs in my youngest son's bed on a Saturday. They had also infected my daughters bed. The wife and I went to Home Depot and bought all the chemicals we needed and went to work. Tore the house apart, linens, clothes, rugs, drapery, etc. All sprayed and then cooked in a 200* F dryer. We used 20 at the laundry mat. Sprayed the rooms (floors, walls, beds, furniture) put powder down and even set bed bug traps, also bought at home depot. After a full weekend of battling we put the house back together Sunday evening. We thought we had gotten them. By Thursday a few bugs appeared in my son's room again. I tore the place apart again and did the same process. This is an immense amount of work. Sunday morning of that same week, (8 days into our battle) I found 2 more bed bugs. That was it for me. I reached out to Bed Bug BBQ and Chris came out that same day. He did a thorough inspection of the entire house (3 story with a basement) and gave us a fair price. He was able to schedule his crew to come in on Monday. His guys showed up at 7:45 am as scheduled and got started. It took until 10:45 am to get the house up to temperature. The guys did a good job of maintaining the inside work. The entire house was brought up to 150* F + for 5 solid hours. I went in several times with the guys to check the house and the highest reading I got was 167*. It has been 6 days now and I have not seen any bed bugs. We will keep an eye out but I am quite sure Chris's expert knowledge and subsequent method solved our problem. We have 60 day warranty so we are covered if one does pop up. Overall I would recommend Bed Bug BBQ to anyone and I have dealt with contractors my entire life. Great job to Chris, Danny, and Ronny. I hope I never see you again. Haha Walt

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!! They do NOT stand by their "supposed guarantee." Within days of their heat treatment I was finding live bed bugs in my home. I sent the owner, Chris, proof of this as he requested and he claimed it was a "zombie" bug. I then found live bugs in my brand new vacuum and informed the company of that as well. All they did was claim they were gone and not to worry. They did send a dog to sniff the house. The dog didn't alert, however Chris admitted the dog is not 100% accurate. What Chris did was to keep giving me one excuse after another in an effort to run out the time on the "warranty" which they did. I filed complaints with the BBB of Cleveland, the Ohio Dept. of Agriculture, and the Ohio attorney general's consumer dept. Chris, called me and asked that I take down the negative reviews I had posted and retract my complaints to the dept's listed above and that he would retreat my home. I did in fact take down my reviews from facebook and Google, and told him I would retract my complaints once he put it in writing that he would finally abide by his companies 100% guarantee to rid my home of bugs. He sent me a contract to sign with a list of additional costs at their " sole discretion". I was NOT going to sign such a contract. No one would! They could claim at their "sole discretion" anything they wanted to thus costing me even more money beyond the $3,000 plus already charged for a job NOT COMPLETED!!! DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR WORK, AND WILL ONLY GIVE ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER UNTIL THEIR WARRANTY EXPIRES. THEY ALSO LIST THEIR WEB SITE AS HAVING AN "A+" RATING WHEN IN FACT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF CLEVELAND HAS THEM RATED AT A "C". THEY ALSO CLAIM A 60 DAY GUARANTEE ON THEIR WEB SITE, BUT TOLD ME THE WARRANTY IS ONLY GOOD FOR 45 DAYS. Service: Bed bug extermination
