Highly recommend! Ive been a Forni customer for years and their work is always exemplary! Their crews are professional, friendly and responsive to what the homeowner wants. A few years ago, Forni redesigned all the landscaping around my house and I couldnt have been happier with the result! I also use them for an annual spring cleanup and, just last week, they did a beautiful job repairing my lawn with sod. In every case, the crews leave the work site neat and clean. Services: Landscape installations, Sod installation, Landscaping maintenance, Landscaping design

My backyard was transformed from a weed filled area smothered in gout weed and creeping charlie, to a place of pristine perfection. The crew worked very quickly removing the old and next day, replacing it with the new! Mr. Forni had met with me, listened to my wants and needs; knee replacement surgery this past winter, and a back that was troublesome was all he needed to know. He designed an area that would not require much maintenance on my part. I highly recommend Forni Landscaping.

We had Forni come out to do a renovation of the landscaping in our backyard. A full demo of what was previously there - patio, tree and stump removal - a full gut job and overhaul. At first, the working relationship started really well. They were collaborative, gave some great recommendations. It seemed like maybe they were overly busy, as sometimes days would go by without anyone being there. What we were told was a few weeks, was much longer. The end result, though, was really nice. However, towards the very end of the project, we realized that the power to the detached garage was cut. It took us a while to notice because we use our garage for storage and we don't go in there terribly often. We had our electrician come out a few times to try to figure out why the power suddenly didn't work, and we realized that the underground line that carried the power from our house and up the side of our detached garage was severely damaged. That line ran under the part of our backyard that took the brunt of the digging/heavy machinery it took to remove trees/stumps, etc. Forni workers were here the day we realized this, and when we brought it up to them they recommended we contact the office. We contacted Forni via email and phone to discuss this. Our approach was calm and cool, as we thought they would be amenable to doing the right thing in fixing what they broke, since they had thus far been easy to work with. Disappointingly, they wanted no part in doing the right thing. And went so far to say that since it took us a handful of weeks to realize the issue, there's no way it could have been them that did the damage. Logically though, their people and machinery were the only things in that backyard for the entire duration of the project, so there's no way it couldn't have been their doing. There's no other explanation for how that line could have been damaged if it wasn't due to the work they were doing directly on top and next to the line. And then they ghosted us - stopped responding to our emails to work together to fix the problem after trying to tell us that we had it all wrong when their employees were the only ones in our yard for weeks on end. For the disrespect and lack of accountability and customer service, I whole-heartedly do not recommend using Forni Landscaping. Accidents happen, we're very understanding of that - and in no way do we think it was intentional. But it's what people do to make it right that's the mark of a good organization and they failed miserably. A total collapse of professional decency. We'll happily tell anyone who will listen what a disappointing experience we had with them. Since we can't recoup the money it took to fix their mess, we'll do our best to direct our network of friends, family and neighbors from working with them. Respect your customers. Do better. - Responding to your response below. Lies on multiple counts in your response. Why would you assume it wasn't wrapped in a conduit? It was wrapped in conduit. Our electrician pulled it recently when he was here fixing your mess. Again, you've assumed something that isn't true in an attempt to moonwalk out of a bad review & make the customer look foolish. Illustrating the point I'm making that your customer service is garbage. I've re-read your emails with and spoke with my husband that neither of us heard an explanation about depth of the conduit. If you cared about the customer relationship, you would have tried to explain that when we brought this to your attention instead of running away with your ball like a petulant child. Finally, because our ground was uneven, your team had to dig pretty far down to level everything out. There's a 10/10 chance that they hit it. I understand that you're not liable for fixing the damage, the fact remains you broke something handled it piss-poorly. This is not about liability, this is about your lack of customer care and poor handling of the situation. Had you taken accountability and then potentially pointed us in a direction for getting it fixed, you'd have recieved a good review.

I highly recommend Forni Lanscaping. Josh and Joe have been very consistent with keeping me informed of everything that is happening on my projects. I was so impressed with my first project that I had them return to do more work. Their team of workers are so friendly and professional and am so happy that I chose them to do my projects

This company has gone from a business I raved about to my friends and family and sent business to to one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. 2 years ago forni did an amazing job renovating our entire houses landscaping. From there we hired them for weekly lawn care. Since then we have had the most inconsistent lawn care ranging from different teams coming to our house with totally different quality of service, coming home to a trashed yard multiple weeks in a row because they decided to stop bagging the grass, missed services altogether, totally forgetting about our fertilizing program half way through the year and never completing the service, not cutting back any perennials one year when the previous year they cut back almost 24 plants, and almost never getting a response via email from the owner without multiple follow up emails needing to be sent. Currently Im still waiting on a refund that I was assured almost 3 weeks ago and cant get ahold of anyone regarding it. Disappointed is an understatement .

Business Response on Google Mar 5th, 2024
The explanation to the electrical issue was an illegally buried line. It’s clearly stated in the proposal that you signed that we are not liable for damage to “improperly buried lines”. The maximum depth of our dig to install a walkway was seven inches. The state code demanded for electrical depth is 18” and that’s if the line is wrapped in conduit (which this line clearly wasn’t). Therefore the minimum demanded depth by state code is 24”. This was explained in an email and phone call about this situation.
