Andrew and his staff are professional, competent and friendly, and, without their help, my insurance company probably wouldn’t have paid half of what they did. I will never try to handle a large loss claim on my own after working with CPA. I handed a total fire loss over to them, and they took care of it start to finish. I’m so glad I got them involved right from the beginning. Compared to the difference they made in the settlement, their fees were extremely reasonable.

Words will never be able to express how thankful I am for everything the Andrew and his company Cleveland Public Adjusters has done for us. From start to finish after we had a home fire he was right along side of us to help in every step of the process. If I needed advice he was there if I needed to talk through how the process would work he was happy to help. He went above and beyond my expectations. Andrew is a very trustworthy individual. He's been very upfront and honest with me about everything. He was unable to handle my fire claim, because I found CPA to late. Although he was unable to handle the claim, he still walked me through the process and answered questions I had. He answered my calls and he did not have to do any of it. I am appreciative for him and wish there were more people like him. I would recommend CPA services to ANYONE without a second thought.
