Ive been running cars for 20 years And today was just the nicest experience Ive ever ever had. Had a car booked for noon. Keon called me at 9am to let me know I could get it earlier. Which saved my day tbh. Then Lexie took me to the car. Showed me features and did the paperwork in the front seat so I could list leave immediately. Fantastic experience. Thanks guys.

This has to be one of my favorite locations. Easy and fast check in and check out. Friendly staff interactions from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to use them in the future.

they helped me out when i seriously needed it the most. my car was stolen and i kept their car a month. i had to return it at a different location and they cut me a break. i got my deposit back and everyone was so kind. seriously the best customer service in the world. i will always go through them when i need to rent a car. they were a silver lining when things were really bad for me. 10/10

I want to give the front desk staff ladies working, Kyla and Alyssa, a five star review. I observed them working while I was waiting for my vehicle to be cleaned out. This was seemingly a very busy rush considering that they just opened and had customers both picking up and dropping off cars for the day. Both of these employees did a wonderful job of helping all types of customer situation, all while remaining professional and friendly. They also seemed to work well as a team, as they were also taking many phone calls and communicating with their garage staff. This was nice to see for a change. I give my own customer service experience here at this location 5 stars. Thank you.
