They changed my locks without notification I could have got locked out my apartment if another person was here to let me in the door, Also they accused me of running my bathroom sink over when I wasn't in my bathroom.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with this leasing company. We were apartment hunting for my daughter. I worked with a gentleman named Emmy. He was AMAZING! He was beyond helpful and accommodating. He did everything find the perfect apartment for her. The process was very easy and convenient. I can't say enough good things about Emmy. He just went the extra mile and then some! I would recommend AIY leasing to find your new apartment.

Recently rented and townhome. On the day that I did my lease signing I was showed the townhouse that Im supposed to call home. When I do the walk thru I noticed that the kitchen floor was dirty. The kitchen sink had the dirt in from possibly cleaning the stove. The stove is dirty and its a black stove with a white refrigerator. When I asked the property manager about the 2 different color appliances I was told pretty much I cannot have the same color and pretty much just deal with what I have. The toilet seat had a spot on it that look like bm. The shower head has tape wrapped around it so I was told that I should just buy a new shower head. So lets see how the next year go because Im stuck in the lease now.

Definitely a 10/10 experience Emmy and his manger are honestly the best !! They heard me out and never left me without a doubt with the process of everything their communication was definitely Amazing ! And Emmy was definitely the best agent Ive met with ever ! He was very helpful and understanding ! 10/10
