Edgewater Apartments

I moved into the 1411 W 112th ST building a few days ago and have read a lot of horror stories regarding OneSeed Management. However despite my apprehension, Jaye is a really hard working Property Manager who has really been busting his back juggling a lot of properties, keeping things clean, organized and making sure things are being run properly when others drop the ball. He's a really good seed at OneSeed and a valuable asset. That being said, the building itself is horrible. There are cracks in my ceiling that gets more cracked the more the person above me moves to that spot. They also tend to move furniture at 12AM midnight and I can hear every step and every scoot of the furniture, which keeps me up.

I'm not sure why some of these reviews are bad. This is a great place to live. Our apartment is charming and our experience with the leasing office has been great! Maintenance has been prompt and polite. The lobby and hallways are cleaned regularly and our neighbors are friendly and quiet. We have mainly dealt with Ashley,at the office, who has been absolutely wonderful. There is one stairwell, off of the parking lot that could use painting, but other than that, we are very happy here! Everyone who visits us comments on how beautiful our apartment is and we would definitely recommend The Edgewater to others!
