Says they open at 6am but went to the drive thru at 6:30 and nothing. No lights, no response, nothing

I placed my order through the app prior to arriving. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order and had to wait and wait and wait. I was in line for over 10 minutes only to get to the window and be told that I had to wait even longer because they had to make more fries. I had to get back to work, so I left without my food. I then attempted to get my money refunded through the app, but apparently refunds are not possible at all if you use the app. I recommend not going to this location and definitely not using the app.

Go to Streetsboro Burger King. It may be out of the way, but just going from here to there, Brimfields really iffy. The fries were hard and the cookies could be used to scrape the grout out of their floors. Also the inconsistency from person to person making my food when I ask for the same thing. Its like how people say youll never get the same drink from Starbucks unless your favorite person is working. I dont even want to go in to the wait time in the drive though Wheelchair accessibility: Theres space for them.
