        I always feel confident that our shepherd is well cared for. However, I was disappointed in the communication of requests. When I dropped Pearl off, I changed the pick-up day from Fri to Sat and requested she be groomed. I received a text later in the week asking if I wanted her groomed before I pick her up on Fri. I called and reminded them that I would get her on Sat and that yes, I wanted her groomed. I picked her up on Sat and she had not been groomed.

      We are Central Ohio's premier pet care facility offering luxury dog & cat boarding, doggie daycare, pet grooming & training on 20 Acres in Johnstown, Ohio. We love your pets and treat them like family with all of the comfort of home when they’re with us. We offer a variety of incredible services for you and your pet and an amazing, spacious facility with plenty of room to explore.
