Not even the courtesy to hang a sign that the restaurants are closed. Disabled and extremely hard and painful to walk only to find the doors locked. Not respect for customers. Probably an ada violation.

Paid for a shower. We were 8th in line. Waited an 1 1/2 hours just for them to skip over us. When we asked the guy that was cleaning what was up. He said I didn't skip you your in shower 2. My husband knocked on the door and there was someone in there. They had put the last 3 gentlemen in shower 2. Then he decided just to clean a shower for them. When my husband asked what about us, you already put 145 in shower 5. We are 142. He yelled at my husband and said it wasn't his fault it was the system. He did not give us a shower. We go downstairs and we are demanding our money back. The manager comes from the back tells my husband to calm down and tells him that he should havevwent to Loves. Oh we tried. Their showers were off and under construction. TA you are horrible.

Card readers at the gas pumps don't work and the coffee tastes like an armpit. If there's one thing a truck stop needs to get right 24/7, it's the coffee. Doesn't need to be gourmet, but it should at least be drinkable.

Stopped in to get a 2.5 month old Michelin drive warrantied. Sucked that I had to get a new tire, but Bubbles the service writer and James the tech were great! Bubbles got me into the bay immediately and James got the tire off, replaced and done quickly! Recommend 10 out of 10! Make sure you ask for Bubbles when you stop in!
