Bob Evans

We always eat Bob Evans breakfast...but the one in Jeffersonville Ohio has major problems. They definitely have a staffing issue. We were there for about ten minutes and were never greeted. There was only two tables in the restaurant. We had decided to give it another try as we were here the previous day for dinner...disaster. Severely under staffed..burnt chicken..loaded fries wasn't loaded...no silverware..no refills. GET IT TOGETHER BOB! Really disappointed!

I work fast food (Chick Fil A) so I get the problems that a staffing shortage creates. I understand the priority of orders placed. But when my family and I have been waiting for over an hour and tables seated after us with bigger parties get their food before us and we get told that our check wasn't even put in for the kitchen, it's frustrating man. Absolutely frustrating and to not be served anything not even bread is even more upsetting. I feel embarrassed that I caused a scene by just putting a $10 on the table walking out but come on now.

We have eaten at many Bob Evans all over the Midwest and this one is by far the worst. Our sweet tea we ordered had no sugar. My husband's hashbrowns were only half cooked and the bacon was burned. The food was redone but the manager, John, was very rude about it when we talked to him. I would not recommend this location. Very unsatisfied.

We ordered cheeseburger, steamed broccoli and vegetable beef soup. We were staying 0.1 miles away at the Marriott. We requested eating utensils and bowls with our order assuming crackers would come with the soup and salt/pepper. DoorDash was our delivery service. Food was cold, no napkins, utensils, crackers and salt/pepper. Maybe in restaurant service and food is of eatable quality.

Best place ever!!!! People are very nice the food is amazing! I would recommend this place in columbus! 10 out of 10 stars if there is a stars to 10 I would give it a 10 out of 10. Alyssa was our server she is super awesome. In fact everyone here is amazing. I would come here if I lived near here.
