Starbucks

It's 8:18am on a Saturday and it's closed, no one inside, no sign on the door or drive through. I think someone slept in or quit their job today

I don’t normally do reviews however this time I am going too! I’ve been traveling all day, I’m tired and need some coffee to continue my travels so I stop at this Starbucks!!! I went in to order a nitro cold brew and a large black coffee. The barista said they only had “pike” so I said okay. I paid, and went to wait! They were busy an continued to make speciality drinks. Ten minutes go by and they bring out another barista. She finally makes the nitro cold brew and calls my name! So I continue to wait, as I’m now waiting for my black coffee. Eventually We make eye contact and I ask for my coffee, she rolls her eyes at me, and huffs and walks away. I’m confused by this as I asked very nicely. I watch and here she had to replace the roll of stickers so I chalk the attitude up to she was annoyed by that. Okay I’m still trying to be patient!! I continue to wait as she then proceeded to make other drinks. Finally she says to another barista “can you make her pike?” He then looks at me and goes “I’m going to make you an Americano” is that okay!? I reply NO! I want my Pike coffee please! So the original barista who took my order goes over and starts brewing coffee to which she replies “I’m sorry there is no coffee brewed it will take about 5-10 minutes!!! I have already been waiting 15-20 minutes at this point! So I ask for a refund, and they go to give me a refund and they do say they are sorry.. however I explained that When I ordered I asked what was available, and was willing to take what was available to which she replies that she doesn’t know what happened and why there wasn’t any coffee brewed!??? It’s a coffee shop!??? How do they not have any coffee brewed!!!! No one would take the time to finish my order they just continued making the other drinks which is why it was so frustrating to watch! Frustrating to wait that long while traveling to be turned away because they have no coffee brewed! If you are in a hurry I wouldn’t recommend this place, I also wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t want to be disrespected for asking on the status of an order!!!

I'm a frequent customer at this location. The drink accuracy/quality has been declining for the last few months.

Same as any Starbucks. Don't go while it's busy and you usually get a good drink. If there's a line of more than 4 orders ahead of you, the odds of you having a tasty beverage declines rapidly

I paid a bunch of money for coffee with a bunch of milk and syrup. I am still surprised that Starbucks is a thing let alone a global power but that's a different conversation. I don't like several things about the place starting with the size names I don't know large "you mean grande" I didn't walk into a renaissance festival and agree to play along with the absurd cup size names. I don't want to give you my name I usually say Satan.
