        Charged me $250 for a simple drain clean from clean out. Told me he tried to run it out to the connection but couldn't get through and hinted that the line might be collapsed. I hired another guy who got through with little issue and its running fine now. Service: Drain cleaning

        Drain Dudes LLC attempted to snake out my basement drain and blamed the clog on a quarter size chunk of grease. They charged $400 for less than an hours work and 2 weeks later it starts backing up way worse than before. I decided to contact a licensed plumber and they were able to identify and remove the problem (about softball size misc stuff). They charged $125 and offer a 30 day warranty. I suggest contacting a professional and staying away from Drain Dudes LLC. Service: Drain cleaning

        This service was EXCELLENT! Theres never a good time to have a sewer line back up on you, and when it does you need service that can get to you ASAP! Drain Dudes were prompt - got to our house exactly when they said they would. It was obvious that they are well-experienced at what they do. Rates were very reasonable and worth every penny! Veteran owned, and we make a point of supporting veteran-owned businesses when we know that is the case. Well definitely use them again for other plumbing needs that crop up! Services: Sewer cleaning, Sewer repair, Drain cleaning
