        Poor quality food no matter what you order or what time. Always out of something. Lazy emoyees sitting in lobby all the time or on cell phones not bothering to take your order. Employees laying on sidewalk and outside smoking by enterance having to rush in to take orders. Vulger loud conversations heard through drive through speaker when ordering and also heard while in lobby. Seems alot of employees were high. Rude and non professional is an understatement. They were also CLOSED at 9AM last week for no reason! This place is absoloubtly awfull!! Managers Cody and Andrew are NOT managing this store well!!

        Food hasn't been great past few times I got it. Couple times my food was burnt. Often theyre missing or out of ingredients, sometimes multiple ingredients. 2 Times I've heard cursing thru the drive thru speaker on evenings. One of their crew outside laying on sidewalk blocking walkway. Just very unprofessional. One girl told me they were badly understaffed. So much needs fixed.

        Restaurant runs out of the basic things on a regular basis. No forks no large bags. How does your staff have time to sit in the dining room area and smoke outside and smoke at the kitchen entrance door with it wide open. Poor food quality. Plus the guy that wears the Bear Bryant style hat needs to go he is annoying.
