    I've been with welker for 36 years & have always had the highest of quality service. The plumbing products are very good & high quality. The boiler and water heaters are great and the heating expert (jim) is excellent knowledge & expertise is great. The carry all makes and models of products.

    Depending on who you are and where your job site is, this company treats you accordingly. They delivered my tub shower unit on my lawn in the dirt. My garage door was wide open, they didnt even bother to let us know they were there. There was no reason to deliver my new unit in the muddy yard. I called and spoke to the Manager Michelle and she brushed me off and said thats the way they deliver, per their company manager, as if nothing was wrong. This was the worst customer service. Unfortunately, there was no misunderstanding, there was just poor customer service. My husband was in the house with the contractors. The delivery driver DID NOT bother to notify anyone that he was on his way, nor did he ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let us know he was there. There was space in the garage and if notified, vehicles would have easily been moved. I dont think that anyone wants to spend close to $1k and have it delivered on the grass in the dirt. Then, have the managers brush it off as if its standard practice. The customer service that I experienced, was by far subpar!

    In full disclosure, Im writing this review very late. I found the showroom to be very beautiful. However, when I arrived (on time) for my scheduled appointment I was surprised to find that they didnt have me down as having the prearranged appointment. I felt that they didnt believe I had in fact even made an appointment. The front desk representative was kind enough and said I could wait for an available customer support agent, which I did. I spent nearly an hour waiting only to immediately find out that the product I was interested in was not available. Product availability isnt necessarily their fault but the lack of organization in keeping the appointment is. Also, I notified the person I made the appointment with as to the product I was interested in. A lot of time and hassle couldve been saved on both sides. All that said, I would consider visiting for future projects as I like seeing products in person before purchase and maybe procedures have improved since my last visit.

Hello. Our apologizes for any misunderstanding and for your displeasure with the delivery. Upon arrival our delivery agent found there were numerous cars & construction vehicles blocking a path to the garage in the driveway and the garage appeared to be full with other materials. He did safely rest your shower down on your lawn away from the construction materials and laid it down along it's cardboard surface and drywall flange so any potential winds could not blow it over damaging the shower. This is common practice on jobsites and recommended by the vendors. We also advised you at time of purchase we would be setting it safely outside day of delivery. We also take numerous pictures of all deliveries and upon review appears our driver did follow our safety procedures to ensure the product is safe.
