Truly Thank for Dr. Keppler and his team for not giving up on my knee, like the majority of other doctors did. I drove 8 hours one way to be treated by Dr. Keppler. My life would not be the same if isnt wasnt for Dr. Keppler!

Dr. Keppler is aloof. He spent little time with me and spoke to me from across the office. He explained very little to me about the procedure I needed and offered no details as to how long I would be unable to walk, move around freely, and the like. His staff is rude and were of no assistance to me. He rests on his laurels and I was very disappointed in him. My surgery was two days away and I heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from him or his staff. I was very uncomfortable with this total lack of communication and CANCELLED MY SURGERY. I called to leave a message two days before surgery and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I would never recommend Dr. Keppler to anyone. I expected far better from a doctor who is so highly regarded. BEWARE!

I seriously cannot say one bad thing about Doc Keppler. He took care of me when others said they couldnt or didnt want to try he literally rebuilt me and now I only have to deal with my fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis pain! But I can walk more and farther do dishes or stand for longer times I will always have chronic pain but now its not every where in round my body Dr Keppler has it all,competence,skill, he truly is the master at his profession and i thank God that I was referred to him so long ago. My trust in him is 100% especially when I found I needed back surgery earlier than I anticipated, he is honest doesnt pull punches and has the best bedside manner! And I have to mention all his office staff nurses Dr assistants and physicians office ladies receptionist and I cannot forget the gal who I call for my refills (scripts)she was not only quick to have it ready for my pick up, but when I needed to talk or even tear up she was the one stuck to hear me( but she treated me not like a thorn in her side( )but listened gave advice and always made me feel better to the point I wouldnt worry ! I am so going miss you all and especially Saint Vincent hospital I truly dont know how I am going to cope if I need any more future surgery especially with all the arthritis running through my body!! I cant say enough how much I appreciate you all and how grateful to everyone for treating me so well and giving me top notch care and giving me my life back! Kim Donofrio
