        The agency isn't terrible however their failure to report my hours caused my status to become ineligible to continue working as an STNA! I worked extremely hard to become an STNA! I have the passion and drive to tend to and take care of individuals! It's difficult not being able to do something you so love and enjoy doing! I've been battling with the agency over a year to correct the situation but haven't received any result or positive outcome yet!

        This agency has contacted me several times for jobs that had little to nothing to do with my current title which is (Phlebotomy Technician) when I let them know I hold a phlebotomist licensure they tell me they only hire nursing staff. I would like to see them have placements for phlebotomist since we are an important factor in the hospital /clinical setting, I am also a specimen processor so Im not a one trick pony . It seems to take them forever to contact you back as well as to know what you are or have applied for. Unsatisfactory staffing performance.

        The ABSOLUTE WORST agency I have EVER encountered in my nursing experience. Can't get anybody on the phone, calls are not returned, recruiters incompetent and you're just given the run around. Avoid the office in Independence, OH at all cost. I wish I could give less than 1 star because they don't even deserve that! Update: After multiple attempts to reach Michael Layman in the Independence office via telephone (probably about 10 different times throughout the month of May), Briana always responds with "he's on the phone, I'll have him call you back"...EVERY SINGLE TIME! He's conveniently on the phone every time I call, never dealt with this level of unprofessionalism in my career. Steer clear of Mitchell the recruiter, he does NOT know what he's doing. Just avoid this company period. Employee relations still has not responded to any emails or voicemails. Run nursing professionals, RUN!
