I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich. The turkey tasted old. Overall a very dull sandwich. I wont be back.

2/14/24 - Napkin Score 5/5 - Everything was excellent! I missed the picture of my sandwich because I devoured it upon sitting down! I NEVER eat my entire sandwich. Normally, I would save at least half for the following day - not this time. It was impossible. Super toasty and super good. I'm a fan! Excellent customer service from Lilli, Abby, and John! I purposely didn't scan my rewards app just to "see" what would happen when I mentioned my error after I finished my meal. Thanks to John for assisting me with making my meal "count"! Parking: Plenty of space.

Ordered from EZ cater so I can't speak about the atmosphere. Ordered soup for the office. Very tasty but just didn't order enough. The menu said enough for 10 but it's more like 7.

Wow April 8 around 4pm me and my bf walked in this establishment and we were waiting because everyone seemed busy. Then like 4 minutes later a white woman walked in. As soon as she walked in she was greeted and taken care of. She was picking up an order but so were we. The lady that helped her, we looked at her she didn't even ask what we needed she just pointing some middle aged woman looking Indian. She squinted face turned up at us pointing to go order at the end. Well just like the previous lady we were picking up. She then went and got our order but why did we have to wait 5 minutes not to be greeted and treated like that wow. Bf works for CVSR so we always in INDEPENDENCE. How disappointing. That was definitely a time where racism played a role. I mean the lady didn't even have her whole body in side and was taken care of instantly, while everyone just looking busy while we waited all this time smh
